COVID-19; that sounds like Cobalt-60’s (see https://www.facebook.com/groups/5631868186/ the World of Vaughn Bode) nasty sidekick, or partner, or enemy or something.

I’m 71 years old, it’s coming for us. I was doing social distancing before it was cool. The introverts will survive.

We’re pretty healthy, neither of us is taking any medication for any chronic condition, we eat well, not much meat, hardly any of the red stuff, fruit smoothies every morning, lots of broccoli, we’re somewhat active, I do a 10 mile bike ride or a 2 mile walk 3 or 4 times a week, we were doing swimming some mornings, now the pool is closed though, & out here in New Mexico everything is spread out in the wide open spaces, so we think we’ll probably be OK. Of course, this is just the beginning of the first pandemic. But on the bright side, it looks like the whole stock market thing is gonna die, & that will be a good thing.
