I used to steal Betty & Veronica comics off the spinner at the drugstore ’cause I was embarrassed to be seen buying girl comics. They were 12 cents. Dan DeCarlo drew all of them at that time. I would trace the pinups so I could take their clothes off.

Working on a new character; Cyn’s Japanese friend. I guess her name is Sakura, which is Japanese for Cherry. Actually Cherry Blossom. She’s actually like 24 or something, she just looks like that; like she’s underage.

Cherry’s been gone for almost 20 years, & she’s feeling a little frisky. These modern age teenagers aren’t into that wild crazy sex shit any more. Maybe Cherry can loosen things up a bit.
